Close enough to the Haram. Staff (especially Samer at reception) was very very helpful. The Customer service Samer provided and attention to detail was excellent.

My experience with this hotel was amazing and I just don't understand why people wrote negative reviews. I'll have to onfirm those I read was just not true. The staff are welcoming, speak English, if you need anything just ask and communicate. I've come with my family from Canada and would highly recommend this hotel. It's very near masjid nabawi, basically walking straight from hotel to masjid. It's a shame to come here and talk bad about this hotel. Some people like privacy and may want minimum cleaning, and all these they will accommodate. I was welcome with a plate of fresh fruits, tea, coffee, water, etc. Room has a safe too

It is not the first time I stayed in this hotel. The first time was not good. But, this time, it was different. The guy who registered me(I forgot his name) did his best. We checked out a little bit late because of Asr's prayer. Most people go there because they pray, and they book hotels to pray. That's why this guy did his best for us in this time. We had some argue with each other, but I think it is understandable. So, that's why I don't have any complain about this hotel. I liked it.

one of the worst hotel in Madina. I was there 3 days last week. I didnt find clean and lift wasnt working only one lift was work. and cheek in meant be at 4 pm. but they cheeked me after 6 pm. they said room is not ready and charge from customer before arriving hotel
